Mercurial “clone” it locally, into your computer system, so to
get a Working Directory where to operate;</font></font></p>

Begin developing locally your Project;</font></font></p>
<p align="LEFT" style="widows: 1"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">3)
At due times, Mercurial “push” (up-load) your work upto the
original “Google Code” master Project;</font></font></p>
