I have a small textview that I want to be limited to 4 lines of text. So<br>
the user can't type more than 4 lines. Is that possible?<br>

Second, I want some sort of help function in my application. Well, just<br>
some little tips and explanation on some things. I thought of Yelp, like<br>
most programs I have use. But it should also work on windows.<br>
So, is there some simple/easy format that works crossplatform? Or should<br>
I just use a textfile with some markup and display it in a textview?<br>
