<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">I just released the first development version for a new eric plug-in. It provides an interface to the 'pip' command, which is used to install packages from PyPI (the Python Package Index). The plug-in is available via the built-in plug-in repository dialog. It adds a menu to the 'Extras' menu of eric.</p>
