[Eric] A couple of RFEs

Vielen Danke!

I can certainly live without this ability (to drop individual icons on a 
toolbar).  I'd certainly cast my lot with those desiring to see the 
source of course!  I learn only by example, and more often by lifting 
code intact, and Eric is about the most comprehensive, and vast app I've 
seen in Python so far.
