[Eric] Eric4: missing shorcut with fr localization

Hi

I've got a big problem with eric4. When eric is loaded with french 
localization, some shorcuts doesn't work.

Backspace had no effect before I manually set it up, but the main problem is 
with 'enter'. I tried to set the value to 'enter', but it had no effect.

I believe it can be a problem about the config file. Here is the part dealing 
with it :

Edit\vm_edit_insert_line\Accel=Entr\xe9\x65
Edit\vm_edit_insert_line\AltAccel=Entr\xe9\x65

I don't know why the value is 'Entr\xe9\x65'. The french word for 'Enter' 
is 'Entrée', but shouldn't the config file be the same whatever the 
language ?
