[Eric] Django and Turbogears projects

[Jake B]

I don't quite have a sense of what I would need to pull out of that list,
and their automated installer script wants to install a bunch of stuff as
root. Seems a bit too tricky for me right now. Maybe someone who uses
turbogears could compile this API file...
