[Eric] feature request for eric 4

Hi,

I would like to be able to see a tree of classes and functions for python
source files which are not part of a project. This would stimulate me to use
Eric for editing stand alone scripts.

maybe this needs only to be enabled for off-project files, since  it is
already implemented.
