[Eric] Eric4 Error: Generating Main User Interface

I've been trying to install Eric4.
(I've installed previously with success, but that machine is gone)
When executing the batch file...
The Eric4 Splash window appears,
the status at the bottom says, "Generating Main User Interface ..."
Windows error:  "pythonw.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Running
Python 2.5
Qt 4.2.3
PyQt 4.1.1
Sip 20070318
Qscintilla 1.72 gpl-2 (20070318)

Any help would be appreciated.
