qtconfig or qtconfig4 (don't know what it is called on your distro) should do
the job. However, it could be, that GNOME is adjusting the settings of KDE/Qt
applications to it's settings. BTW, if you select the Clearlooks style, eric4
might look like the GNOME applications.
