[Eric] ANN: new eric4 4.3.0 snapshot available

thanks. that did the Makefile.

now, when I run make, I get errors which I don't know how to fix. I'm doing
this in order to have the las qscintilla version,not the 2.3 which is the
one ubuntu has here.
