[Eric] Saving configuration

Ok, I will do this. If I install another snapshot of 4.2, will my settings
remain intact ?

Eric 4.2 snapshots changed the way the QSettings object is used. On Linux,
the 
conversion is done automatically. On Windows and Mac that is not possible
and 
eric4 has to be reconfigured the first time. This is just a one timer.
