[Eric] ANN: new version of the Django plugin release

Hi,

I just uploaded a new release of the Django plugin. It adds turkish 
translations and a lexer for Django templates (*.django). Please note, that 
the later needs the latest eric4 snapshot, the latest QScintilla2 release and 
a patch to it. This patch is contained in the eric4 distribution package.
