[Eric] ANN: new rope refactoring plugin available

I have installed the new plugin.

My quick informal regressions tests show that it works very well (and might
even be better than the previous version, but I can't be sure of that
without unloading, and reloading the previous version).

Why is this Rope plugin referred to as "0.9.1"?

My previous version, as shown in the Plugins Repository, was 1.1.2. The new
version is shown as 1.1.3. These versions match the ZIP files.
