[Eric] Handling of files removed in the background.

Hallo,
If, while running eric you remove a file that is opened by eric (for
editing), you will soon be bombarded with a message

"The file <filepathandname> could not be opened."

which will reappear as soon as you try to close it by pressing the OK button.

There is no way of going around this other than recreating the
'missing' file or killing the python process that runs eric.
This should be handled much more gracefully.

Using  eric 4.3.2 (r3008)
