[Eric] 4.3.0 font size

[Linos]

The size font for this dock and eric menu have changed after upgrade to 4.3.0 
and all my other Qt applications has not, the one i am developing with Eric 
included, i have a size point of 9 in qtconfig and eric seems to be using 10 or 
11, any way this can have changed because of the upgrade?
