[Eric] Unnecessary information about the Exception

Created a class that is inside them treats some Exception.
With debugging enabled flag "Report Exceptions" always cultivated the
appearance of windows on the Exception.
How to tell the debugger does not stop at the Exception, which my
class processes. Maybe there is a decorator?
Disable the checkbox "Report Exceptions" should not be, because while
there is no information about the reason for the completion of the
program in case of any errors.
