[Eric] Some file types from ProjectViewer not opening in Eric editor

Which part of the Project Viewer do you mean? All files listed on the Sources 
tab should be opened in an editor. Files listed on the Others tab are treated 
differently. Here the mimetype is determined. If it starts with "text/", it 
is opened in an editor. Otherwise it is opened with the associated 
application.
