[Eric] [Patch] Not show information message on clear debug exit

Hi,
thinking that can be a good feature, I develop a simple patch that
permit to disable the information message that eric show always when the
debugger exit. My patch see if the option on preferences->debug->general
are enabled and if the exit status are "clear" (0) it skip the message
information.
