[Eric] problem with help menu

Hallo,

this is a very interesting issue. It seems to happen only on Windows systems, 
but not very often. Unfortunately it doesn't happen on any of my Windows 
systems (Win XP 32-bit, Win 7 64-bit). That means I am unable to debug it. Any 
help is welcome.
