Keep on the track about this problem.

I'm trying to active the pysvn plugin, but when i try to click on actave  
box, i can't. Why?

Another problem is the a edition source file problem.

A simple program to print in brazilian portuguese (in utf-8 encode)

print('Isto é um teste')

But i'm receiving a warning like in ascii.png screenshot. What the matter,  
cos in Shell, the same print ('Isto é um teste') work correctly.
