[Eric] Line spacing in compiled UI.py file

Hello Detlev

Its gone.
I recompiled the .ui file, because I added some more menu items to test 
the empty dropdown problem.
Now the double line spacing are gone.

I now remeber that I compiled  the .ui file I reported on with the 
20100523snapshot.
