HI, I had the same problem and fixed checcking the option "Trace into interpreter libraries" on Debug project dialog. Is rare, sometimes i have this problem and another not, Could be something on ~/.eric4 or ~/.config/Eric4 files ?? ... something wrong Sorry.... i speak english like a dog!
