[Eric] Debug Message

Hi,

Some time ago after regular Eric4 update it started to show debug dialogs
on every file open operation. At first I didn't pay attention but now it
became
very annoying. Does anybody know what is responsible for these dialogs -
Qt, PyQt or Eric itself and how to turn them off?
