[Eric] "Replace in files" strips newlines

  Hello, Detlev and everyone

All my Eric4 and Eric5 (4.4.x and 5.0.2) installations demonstrate the  
following seems-to-be-buggish behaviour: after I start up "Replace in  
files..." dialog and do some replacing, all the newlines on ends of files  
with replaces are lost (all the \n's are stripped).
