Thanks again.
I have tried all four layouts and they all limit the minimum width to
1175 pix as measured with a print screen.
My system:
Ubuntu 10.04 AMD64, kernel 2.6.32-25-generic
libqt 4 4.6.2
Python 2.6.5
PyQt 4.7.2
QScintilla2 2.4.3-0
Eric 4.4.9
All standard apt-get installs and latest update
Same problem on my Asus eee also with Ubuntu 10.04 but of course the
Intel version.
The windows (Oracle VirtualBox/Windows XP) version gives the same
problem be it with 1120 as min size and version 4.4.9 with PyQt 4.7.0.
Most probably I am overlooking some trivial option but I haven't the
faintest idea where to look.
Cheers,
Janwillem
