[Eric] Preferences in 5.1 snapshot and the trunk

Detlev,

When I go Settings -> Interface -> File-Browser and select embed in
Project-Viewer and then Apply/OK and restart Eric, nothing seems to happen -
the File-Browser is still in the Debug-Viewer.
