[Eric] Eric orizontal toolbox vertical dimansion

Hi all,
I think that it will be nice if the horizontal Toolbox can have a like 0 
vertical dimension instead of the fixed one.

I have a wide screen pc and I need to close it each time I have to write 
some code .
