[Eric] Support for translations needed

Hello,

I need some support to update the eric4 and eric5 translation files. Currently 
these languages are not maintained anymore.

Italian
Chinese
Czech
French
Turkish

If there are volunteers please let me know via the list. Otherwise these 
languages will be exluded from the next releases (eric 5.2 and eric 4.5).
