[Eric] eric5 segfaults when opening "open file" dialog

Hi,

when I click on "menu --> file ---> open" or I click on the "open
file" icon eric crashes just writing "Segmentation Fault" to stdout.
The rest of the program seem to work just fine.

Eric 4 works just fine on the same machine. The same problem happens
with eric 5.0.3, 5.0.4 and 5.0.5

I'm running gentoo 64bit and I have this packages installed:

the same problem.
