[Eric] Arrow keys not working

Hello,

latest SVN version is not too much different to 4.5.0 to cause such an issue. 
In the past issues like that were observed. In all cases they were related to 
bad translations (these should have been fixed) or a corrupted shortcuts 
configuration. Please try to import the default.e4k keyboard shortcuts 
(Settings menu).

I tested it here on my openSUSE system (and several others) and it works fine.
