[Eric] Some eric4 issues

Hello Pete,

please note, that I implemented a work around for a pysvn issue. It was not eric4 that 
was faulty.

Unfortunately I am still not able to reproduce the closing issue. I did exactly as you told 
and I am not getting any backtrace. I am using the same linux release as you. 
However, I am using a self compiled Qt4/PyQt4 with standard Python2. Would it be 
possible for you to trace this down? A good point to start in eric4 code would be 
'ViewManager.closeViewManager'. Another check you could do is, if the same happens 
using the Listview view manager type.
