[Eric] Ubuntu Package for 4.5.11 (perhaps debian too)

Hello,

that is really great news. Once you mastered the process (unfortunately I am of no help for that) it would be a great contribution, if you could create a package for eric5. Debian and all the derived distress don't have it in their repositories yet.
