[Eric] Python 3 hint for install.py

Hi together,
If a user wants to install eric5 using the install.py script, it just
states <output>Sorry, eric5 requires Python 3 for running.</output>
though it could explain, what it expects (variable, parameter, entry in
config file) half a sentence.
Thanks in advance for taking care about this (some time...)
