[Eric] Spanish Character problems since version 5.4.0 (Gustavo A. D?az)

Hi,
I have just been tested the issue in my computer (linux box with eric-5.4.1
and Spanish keyboard) and I have to say that something weird is going on.
Some characters are actually displayed in the editor window ('?' or 'ñ')
but some others are not ('á' or 'á' and other stressed letters).

I don't think that that is an eric5 issue but rather something related to
qscintilla or pyqt4.
Maybe that could be fixed through the configure settings dialog but I
haven't figured out how to do so.
