[Eric] Install eric6 on Mint 17.1

Hi,
if both Qt variants are present, eric prefers Qt5. Unfortunately the version is too old on Mint
17.1. You can force the install script to use PyQt4/Qt4 by using the commandline parameter '--
pyqt=4' (i.e. python3 install.py --pyqt4=4).
