[Eric] .bat Error box

Dear D.,   Trying a direct execution of such “eric6_configure.bat” command (or eric6_webbrowser.bat) all I get is this "Error eric6_X.bat.JPG" box, suggesting me to “Reinstalling application”.Which application, do you guess? Any other suggestion?Thanks. - P.M.
