[Eric] QScintilla or Pygments

Rumors have we heard that, as Eric's text highlighter, can be
used either QScintilla or Pygments, at wish. 

We'd be curious to know whether, within the Eric's user community,
this is a well known fact and, in practice, how the choice is made.
