[Eric] eric6 with new browser

Hi,

the latest development branch (= default), which will become eric 6.2 in a 
couple of months features a new web browser (and help viewer). This 
one is based on QtWebEngine, which replaced QtWebKit as of Qt 5.6. 
Please give it a try and send feedback.
