[Eric] How to remove certain plugins that included with Eric's core

Hi,
if the functionality is provided by a plug-in simply deactivate it in the plug-in management
dialog. For functionality integrated into eric simply don't use them. Removing these things
would require modification of the eric code base (e.g. multi project).
