[Eric] How to configure eric to work with anaconda on Windows

Hello,

although I haven't tried eric with anaconda, there shouldn't be anything 
special. Just use the Python interpreter supplied by anaconda to install eric. 
If that doesn't work, please give more detailed error information to get help.
