[Eric] Installing eric6 on windows7 python 3.5.2 Anaconda3 4.2.0

I installed eric last week, the same configuration means Win7, uptodate Anaconda with python3 and Python 2 virtual environments,  Qt 5.6 and no problem. Eric was installed in python 3 virtual environment. So no Anaconda is not broken, you may need to install Qt 5.6 from official installer b/c : https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/1023
