[Eric] Issue executing eric on Ubuntu 18.04

Hello list,

since the release of Ubuntu 18.04 I am receiving error reports repeatingly. 
They all show the same error message.

<class 'ModuleNotFoundError'>:
No module named 'distutils.sysconfig'
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is caused by a missing dependency of the Ubuntu package of eric. In order 
to fix the issue simply install the package "python3-distutils".
