[Eric] Integration with Django

Hi I think is a great opportunity to get some Django centric features for
this IDE. Django is a very widely used framework in Python and I think that
having something like pony-mode on emacs or vim-django or django-plus would
be great to have on eric. Basically some binding to Django startapp,
startproject, runserver and makemigration/syncdb, also some syntax
highlight for django templates and debugging features that connect with
selenium.

Any thoughts?
