ANN: eric 23.2 released

Hi Detlev and rest of the list.

Great.
Version 23.2 is now in Debian and will enter Bookworm.

List: Please use and test to find as many bugs before the freezing period
is over.

I will try to make more frequent updates from now on, especially before the
Ubuntu release cycles.
