ANN: eric 25.1 released

Hello Pythonistas,

I just uploaded eric 25.1. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.

  * General
      o Made the code compatible with Qt/PyQt 6.8.
  * Mercurial Interface
      o Removed support for the `strip` extension (does not exist anymore).
      o Moved `purge` and `shelve` extensions to the `Other Functions`
        menu because they are builtin functions.
      o Added support for the `fastexport` extension.
      o Added support for the `uncommit` extension.
  * pip Interface
      o Added an action button to clean up the site-packages directory
        of the selected environment.
      o Changed the package search function to open an external web
        browser with the package search term (PyPI does not support
        programmatic search anymore).
  * Plugin Repository
      o Added a status label for 'Upgrade Available' that includes a
        copy of the the upgradable plugin entries.

It is available via the eric web site or PyPI.
