question about "tab moving"

Hi list, just a quick question about usability: in the KDE environment
(though not limited to it), all programs with multiple tabs -such as Kate,
Konsole, as well as Firefox, Chrome, and so on - have a feature that lets
you switch between tabs using the Ctrl+Page Up/Page Down keys (moving
left/right).

It would be very helpful if Eric could make this feature available
