question about "tab moving"

Hi again,
meanwhile I changed the code such, that the default keyboard shortcuts
will be Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Page Down for next tab and Shift+Ctrl+Tab and
Ctrl+Page Up for previous tab. However, this has only an effect on fresh
installations. Used one should be modified through the keyboard
shortcuts configuration dialog.
