[PyKDE] ANNOUNCE: PyQt/PyKDE v0.11.1 (Python Bindings)

I've put v0.11.1 of my Python bindings for Qt and KDE in the usual place
at:

http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software

These should compile properly under gcc 2.95.2. There is also a bug
fixed in the SIP library.
