[PyKDE] sip build fails on linuxppc

This is linuxppc-2000-- basically Redhat 6.1 on a power pc. Looking
forward to using pykde and pyqt. Thanks for advice, or yum, binaries.

configrure says checking build system type... powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu

make says:
