[PyKDE] ANNOUNCE: SIP/PyQt/PyKDE v2.2

I and theKompany.com are pleased to announce the release of SIP, PyQt
and PyKDE v2.2. It is available for download at
http://www.thekompany.com/projects/pykde/.

Included in this release are...

- eric the graphical debugger now works under Windows

- addition of QHostAddress, QServerSocket and QSocket classes

- changes to the implementation of str() and repr() for QString so that
null QStrings no longer raise an exception.
